Our guides, checklist and Seller Pack are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or valuation advice and don't take your personal circumstances into account. Rules differ between states and territories, so check your situation with a qualified local professional (such as a conveyancer, solicitor, accountant or licensed agent) before acting.
No valuations
We don't value properties. Any price range you enter is your own expectation and is never an estimate from us.
Agent introductions
If you give callback permission, we'll introduce you to one agent from our network. Agents are independent businesses, not our employees. We choose agents carefully but don't guarantee their services or results. Any agreement you sign is between you and the agent. If we receive a referral fee from the agent, we'll tell you before the introduction. You never pay us.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate details and only submit your own contact information. Don't misuse the site, try to access the admin area, or send automated submissions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for loss arising from relying on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
