Why we exist
Most people sell a home only a few times in their life. It's a big financial decision, yet the first step is often a flood of sales calls. Plan to Sell (plantosell.com.au) puts understanding first: a plain-English roadmap, a checklist built from your answers, and guides to the questions worth asking — before you speak to anyone.
The optional introduction
We work with a small, hand-picked network of local agents. If — and only if — you tick the separate callback option, we manually introduce one agent suited to your property and area. Your details are never sent to a group of agents, and there's no automated matching, ranking or marketplace.
What it isn't
- Not a property valuation or price estimate tool
- Not legal, tax, financial or AI-generated advice
- Not an agent portal or payment system
How we're funded
Our guides and checklist are free. If we introduce you to an agent and we receive a referral fee from that agent, we'll tell you before the introduction is made. You never pay us anything.
